NULGE, Ewekoro Local Government Branch, Appreciates Members With Souvenir As The End of The Year 2023 Gifts

......reiterates more  commitments to members' welfare

The Executives of the Nigeria Union Of Local Government Employees, Ewekoro Local Government branch, ably led by Comrade Abdulsalam Ibrahim, in fulfillment of their electioneering campaign promises of putting members welfare in the front burner and making it a tradition to always distribute souvenir to members of the union every year, Comrade Abdulsalam led NULGE EXCOs  have indeed made good their promise by distributing souvenir to the  delighted union members.

In an exclusive interview with the News Tentacles, the Chairman, Nigeria Union Of Local Government Employees, Ewekoro Local Government branch, Comrade Abdulsalam, stated that the step is aimed at appreciating the union members for their cooperation and unalloyed support for the union executives.

" The Union needs to appreciate our members, they have been tremendously supportive and we must reciprocate, though it is a widow's mite but it is the intention that matters most." - - - - He said.

"The NULGE leadership of Ewekoro Local Government will continue to do our best to ensure that we fight for the right of members whenever there is need to do that, i want to reassure our dear members of our commitment to their welfare." - - - Comrade Abdulsalam reiterated.

He also used the medium to express his gratitude, on behalf of the members to the Executive Chairman, Ewekoro Local Government, Hon Adesina Sikiru Adisa, for his workers' friendly posture as well as his love for workers, citing the recent payment of Christmas /New Year Bonus. 

Comrade Abdulsalam, equally appreciated the Head Of Local Government Administration, Ewekoro Local Government, Engineer Ayoade A. A. for his fatherly role and management acumen, in resolving staff matters while also thanking all the Directors /Heads of departments for their support at all times. 

In reaction to the gift, members of the union were full of praises of the Comrade Abdulsalam Ibrahim led union, praying for more wisdom and enablement for the Executives of the NULGE, Ewekoro Local Government branch. 

The  present executives of the Nigeria Union Of Local Government Employees, Ewekoro Local Government branch has been distributing souvenir to its members every year since inception of the administration. 

In another development, Comrade Abdulsalam Ibrahim has disclosed that, there will be an interdenominational prayer session to usher in the year 2024 and to commit its members to the hands of God for His protection and exceeding success in 2024.

The interdenominational prayer session is slated to hold on Tuesday, 2nd of January, 2023, at the council secretariat, Itori.
