.....Charges Council's Works and Housing Department to Ensure Quality Job That Conform With the International Standards.
The Executive Chairman of Ewekoro Local Government, Hon. Adesina Sikiru Adisa has charged the Works and Housing Department ,handling the on-going projects within the council area to ensure quality job that conforms with the international standards.
The Chairman gave the charge during the assessment tour of the on-going projects at Itori, Papalanto, Arigbajo, Asa/Yobo, Mosan and Abese wards.
According to the Local Government boss, the tour of the project sites is aimed at assessing the progress and quality of work being done in order to build lasting infrastructural facilities that will stand stand the test of time.
" I want the best for my people, i don't want to put up just any kind of infrastructure but the ones that will conform with the international standards."
" Our government is known for quality , high standard and meaningful projects that will have direct impacts on our people as well as boosting economic status of our people and the Local Government. We can not compromise quality for inferiority."
While assuring the community leaders that Local Government would continue to closely monitor the progress of the projects to meet the expected standards.
The Council helmsman, also urged the council's Works and Housing Department to adhere to the time frame of delivery to allow people to have access to the facilities in harness.
Appreciating the Chairman, the community leaders expressed their heartfelt gratitude, while lauding him for the impactful projects.

Speaking with the Information crew, the Head Of Works and Housing, Buildr. Asade Luqman, described the on-going projects which have reached 90% completion , as top notch and adherent to internationally accepted safeguards and standards.
On the entourage of the Chairman to the on-going project sites were the Vice Chairman, Alhaja Nurat Abisola Aliyu, Secretary to the Local Government, Hon.Adewale Aladeselu, Supervisor for Works and Housing, Hon. Bello Babalola Babatunde, Director Of Finance and Supply, Alhaja Taiwo Basirat, Head Of Works and Housing, Buildr. Asade Luqman, Internal Auditor, Mrs Alaran Morufat, Technical officers from Works and Housing department and Information crew.
