The Executive Chairman of Ewekoro Local Government, Hon. Adesina Sikiru Adisa, has warmly welcomed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and top federal government officials to Ogun State on the occasion of the commissioning of a cluster of transformative landmark projects that underscore the state’s emergence as Nigeria’s new hub of infrastructure and economic renaissance.
In a statement signed by the Council's Information Director, Mr. Olopade Sakiru, Hon. Adesina Sikiru Adisa showered glowing commendation on the Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, CON, describing the projects as “a masterclass in visionary leadership and purposeful governance that has repositioned the Gateway State as a pacesetter in Nigeria’s infrastructural revolution.”
“On behalf of the good people of Ewekoro Local Government, I extend our deepest appreciation and warmest welcome to His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and the distinguished federal delegation. We are equally proud to celebrate our dynamic Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, CON, whose uncommon leadership has delivered these game-changing projects that are reshaping the economic landscape of Ogun State,” the Chairman said.
Hon. Adesina Sikiru Adisa further assured the residents of Ewekoro Local Government that his administration remains fully committed to replicating the transformational programmes currently being witnessed across the state at the local level.
“From the very beginning of our first term, and with the continuation of the second term, with greater momentum, we have left no stone unturned in aligning Ewekoro Local Government with the progressive and people-centred agenda of the Prince Dapo Abiodun-led administration. What Governor Abiodun is doing for Ogun State, we are determined to replicate here in Ewekoro – delivering tangible development, creating opportunities, and improving the quality of life of our people,” he added.
The Chairman also saluted President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the “outstanding and courageous leadership” he continues to provide at the national level, noting that the federal government’s enabling policies have created the conducive environment for states like Ogun to thrive.
“Mr. President’s bold reforms and visionary policies are yielding positive results across the country. Under your leadership, Nigeria is regaining its pride of place on the global stage,” Hon. Adesina Sikiru Adisa declared.
He called on all residents of Ewekoro Local Government and indeed the entire Ogun State to turn out en masse to give President Tinubu and Governor Abiodun a rousing reception, describing the visit as “a celebration of progress, partnership, and the bright future that lies ahead for our dear state and nation.”
