" Better is the end of a thing than the beginning thereof ; and the patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit." - - -  This quotation aptly describe the  three decades and two years of hard work, dedication, achievements, challenges, growth and remarkable moments of the retired ENGR. AYOADE ANTHONY AYODEJI as a public servant in the Ogun State Local Government Service.

Speaking at the colourful event, held at the conference room of the Local Government, organized by the management of Ewekoro Local Government in honour of the retired Head of Local Government Administration, ENGR. AYOADE ANTHONY AYODEJI, the Executive Chairman, Hon Adesina Sikiru Adisa, described the retiree as one of the most brilliant and reserved officers that Ogun State Local Government possesses.
" During the periods which we have worked together, he would always give good direction towards a robust higher revenue generation and that had placed this Local Government in a higher pedestal." - - - The chairman stated emphatically.

Hon Adesina, therefore, acknowledged the integrity of the retiree as the most valuable and respected quality of leadership he possesses, adding," You always keep your words, you are a team leader who knows the way, shows the way and goes the way, that is why i shall be grateful to you always for the role you have played in gearing us towards achieving common goals."

"  Please continue using your wealth of experience for your community, the state and the nation at large. "--- He concluded.

Earlier, in his welcome address, the acting HOLGA, Sanitarian Badejoko A. T., eulogized the retired HOLGA, ENGR. AYOADE ANTHONY AYODEJI as a worthy leader, God fearing, an astute administrator, manager of both human and resources, professional sound and motivational speaker.
His words : " Our Oga is a person who is highly committed to duty who never accept, it can't be possible."

Sanitarian Badejoko, therefore, seized the opportunity to advise the retiree to make relaxation his top priority.

" You have worked tirelessly, putting a lot into the service, now is the time to rest, sleep well, eat well and avoid strenuous activities but do not forget forget to do light exercise as you always advocate to keep fit at all times and more importantly, be more committed to the things of the Lord, more than before. "--- The Acting HOLGA stated.

Responding, the highly elated celebrant, ENGR AYOADE ANTHONY AYODEJI who could not hide his joy, thanked the Executive Chairman, Hon Adesina Sikiru Adisa for being a wonderful Chairman who made his stay at Ewekoro Local Government, a remarkable one.
" I suppose to be in another local government but God knows how He does things and i find myself here and it has been a success story for me."
" My chairman is humane, he made the job easier for me and i have so much confidence in him. Good people are like diamond , very scarce to find and Chairman is one of them. I will not forget Ewekoro Local Government and i will still maintain my relationship with Hon Adesina Sikiru Adisa. "

He, equally, appreciated the Heads of the departments for their support and cooperation in achieving the common goals.

"  I was fortunate to work with very good HODS, I hold you in high esteem in my heart. As you have done good to me, God will do you good too and God who has helped me in my journey that ended today as the substantive HOLGA, will also be with you and you will get to the top of your career and disembark safely. "
The Three-In--One Event had earlier in the morning witnessed the official hand over to the most senior Director in person of Sanitarian Badejoko A. T. while the retiree's symbolic last duty was performed at the Chairman's office before the grand finale. 
The career of the retired Head Of Local Government Administration, ENGR. AYOADE ANTHONY AYODEJI began in December, 1991, when he joined the Ogun State Local Government Service Commission as a Pupil Engineer, steadily climbing the ranks to eventually become the Director of Works and Housing in January, 2013. He completed the post graduate programme for 2016/2017 Academic session in LOCAL GOVERNMENT STUDIES at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. 

He was appointed as Head Of Local Government Administration in September, 2021. Engineer Ayoade got posted from Sagamu Local Government to Ewekoro Local Government in August, 2022 as Head Of Local Government Administration which happened to be the last lap of his public service.
