Tottenham Hotspur Returns To Winning Ways, Walloped Newcastle @ White Hart Lane

The Ange Postecoglous's men returned to winning ways with an emphatic victory over, top four rivals, Newcastle United at White Hart Lane.

Spurs had lost four of their previous five games and had not won since their victory at Crystal Palace in October.

Tottenham Hotspur left no one in doubt with their urge to secure victory at all cost to pacify their fans, adopting all-out attacking style to accomplish their mission.
Though, Newcastle did not give up easily as they approached the encounter with great intensity in both halves but their greatest undoing was that they fizzled out and allow the home side to take possession, coupled with ceazeless cheering from their teaming fans which was the tonic needed to turn the heat on the visitor.
Udogie opened scoring in the 26th minute for the Spur with Son Heung--min being at the heart of  Spur's sparkling performance , creating the first two goals for Richalison in the 38th  and 60th minute while Son got the fourth goal, scoring from the spot kick after he had been hauled down by Newcastle shot stopper, Matini Dubravka.
Joelinton's late strike provided a late consolatory goal for Newcastle.

The victory keeps Spurs in fifth place, with Manchester City three points above them and only seven points to the leaders, Liverpool.
