The Executive Chairman, Ewekoro Local Government, Hon Adesina Sikiru Adisa has described the appointment of Hon Olasunkanmi Adegoke as Governor Liaison Officer for Ewekoro Local Government as a testament to the commitment and loyalty to the party.
The Chairman made the statement in his office when the newly appointed GLO visited Hon Adesina Sikiru Adisa .
According to Hon Adesina, " I am not surprised with the appointment of Hon Olabode Olasunkanmi Adegoke as our GLO , no doubt, he deserves it, going by his pedigree as a polician of great reckoning".
" He is hard working, resilience, dedicated and very loyal with unquestionably integrity."--the Chairman stated
"Hon Adegoke has worked with me as the Vice Chairman during my first term in office as the Executive Chairman of our dear Local Government and i can boldly say that his appointment is a round peg in a round hole."
While congratulating the Governor Liaison Officer, on behalf of the Government and good people of the council area, Hon Adesina charged the appointee not to rest on his oars but rather work harder, be more committed to the service of humanity and be a worthy ambassador of Ewekoro Local Government.
" I pray and wish you the very best as our GLO, more and greater appointments at the state and national levels inshallah "
The newly appointed Governor Liaison Officer, Ewekoro Local Government, Hon Olabode Olasunkanmi Adegoke, expressed his profound gratitude to the Ogun State Governor, His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun,CON, for counting him worthy to be the GLO of Ewekoro Local Government.
In the same vein, Hon Adegoke thanked Hon Adesina Sikiru Adisa for his love for the people of the council area, while lauding the Chairman for the transformation of Ewekoro Local Government, he promised to do everything within his capability to represent the council well and use his good office to ensure that Ewekoro Local Government doesn't lag behind and has its fair share of projects distribution from the State.
In an interview with the Council's Information crew, the elated appointed GLO, Hon Olabode Olasunkanmi Adegoke described his appointment as a surprise and unexpected.
" It comes me to like a magic, i didn't not expect it, that's why i can never forget the Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, CON."
" I want to also thank our party leaders and people of Ewekoro Local Government. I want to assure them of more state presence in our Local Government in terms of Projects. No doubt, the present administration of Governor Dapo Abiodun, CON, has been fair to Ewekoro Local Government, but like an Oliver twist, i will keep demanding for more state projects for our dear Local Government ",----he concluded.
