IFO LG BOSS, DELANO COMMISSIONS ULTRA-MODERN SHOPPING COMPLEX @ OJODU-ABIODUN

...... Describes the Ulra-Modern Shopping Complex as one of the legacy projects of her administration.


The Executive Chairman, Ifo Local Government, Hon. Chief (Mrs.) Kikelomo Delano, on Thursday 30th May, 2024, commissioned an ultra-modern shopping complex constructed within the Council's area office located at Ojodu-Abiodun axis. 
The state-of-the-art facility of the Ultra-Modern Shopping Complex which is set to revolutionize the shopping experience in the community and boost economic growth consists of an array of features, including, a spacious and secure environment for shoppers, modern amenities, such as restrooms and ample parking space for visitors. 
Speaking at the commissioning ceremony, Hon. Delano expressed her delight at the completion of the project in record time, which she described as one of the legacy projects of her administration.

The Council boss expressed her appreciation, to His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun CON, whom she described as a progressive and determined Governor of Ogun State for giving her administration the platform to serve Ifo Local Government and Ogun State in general. 
Hon. Delano who said that the shopping complex is a testament of the commitment of her administration to improving the lives of the citizens and making the community a better place to live, work, and shop, thanked and congratulated ABIM Builders Limited, headed by Engr. Richard Bamiduro for partnering with the Local Government towards erecting the beautiful edifice. 
She also  took time to appreciate the Royal fathers and party stalwarts who graced the occasion. 
Speaking at the event, Engr. Richard Bamiduro whose company, ABIM Builders Limited constructed the shopping complex as a Public-Private partnership with the Local Government expressed his delight at the completion of the project while equally  appreciating the present administration for partnering with his organisation in bringing the project to fruition.

In his remark, the Olojodu of Ojodu land, HRM, Oba Samuel Olusegun Shobowale-Benson, represented by Chief Taiwo Ojubanire Jegede, the Aro of Ojodu-Abiodun appreciated Hon. Delano for considering Ojodu for such a beneficial project which will greatly impact on the lives of the people in the area positively. 


Dignitaries at the event include the Vice Chairman, Hon. Oladapo Adebesin, the Leader of the Legislative Council, Hon. Olanrewaju Adeleye, members of the Exco, Councilors and other political appointees as well as Directors and Head of Departments in the Local Government. Others include Chief Hameedu Ayuba, Balogun of Ojodu, Chief Ganiu Lawal, Otun Akogun, Chief Abimbade Fabiyi, the Akogun of Ojodu, Engr. Okanlawon Durokifa, a former Director of Works and Housing in the Local Government but now retired amongst many others.
