HOLGA ADENIJI PLEDGES IFO LG STAFF IMPROVED WELFARE, CHARGES THEM ON GOOD CONDUCT

The newly posted Head of Local Government Administration, Ifo Local Government, Ogun State, Nigeria, Miss Olufunke Adeniji has pledged improved condition and better welfare for Staff members of the Council Area.

The new HOLGA stated this during her maiden meeting with the members of Staff in the Local Government  on Thursday, 25th January, 2024 at the Council's Secretariat in Ifo. 

The HOLGA who was recently posted to Ifo Local Government from Odeda Local Government enjoined the workers to be more committed and responsive in the discharge of their duties, she equally charged them to abstain from lateness and absenteeism, and shun indecent dressing.

She then prayed and sought for a mutual working relationship between her, the Directors/Heads of Departments and the entire staff while announcing that she operates an open door policy. 

In his response, Sanitarian Ademola Sodeke, the Director of Water and Environmental Sanitation appreciated the HOLGA, he thereafter pleaded with the staff to cooperate with her in order to move the Local Government forward. 
The Chairman, Nigeria Union Local Government Employees, Ifo Local Government, Comrade Jimoh Aliu Babatunde, on his part appreciated the HOLGA while pledging the support of all Staffers. 
In attendance were Directors/Heads of Departments, Unit Heads and members of staff
